Casino Gaming Developer Play’n GO Enters Czech Market
Online gambling content provider Play’n GO recently announced that it has finalized its deal with Tipsport, the Czech Republic’s largest betting agency. This partnership allows Tipsport to offer Play’n GOs large portfolio of online casino games to Czech players. They will be able to access the collection of Play’n’Go games via Tipsport’s betting website.
In a statement, Jakob Lorentzon, Director of Online Casino at Tipsport said
Play’n GOs gaming solutions stood out in what was a very competitive selection process. Ultimately, their flexible GAT platform was the logical choice as it complements our existing back-office operations
Though the deal went live in the last part of 2017, the signing was only completed in January. The highlight of the deal is the addition of quite a few multi-channel games to Tipsport’s sportsbook. This includes bespoke offerings like Sweet27 and MultiFruit18 which should please quite a few players.

Besides these games, Play’n GO will also offer Tipsport the use of its Game Account Toolkit (GAT). This is a unique offering by Play’n GO and acts as a sort of bridge for the existing platform to connect with new content. There is less need for a complete overhaul of systems and it allows for easier integrations of new content. This also lowers the risk of needing to get rid of the old legacy systems before bringing in the new infrastructure.
Besides its adaptability, the GAT can handle a heavier load when it comes to data processing. This is one of the reasons why Tipsport agreed to the deal, considering the emerging Czech market. Proper handling of data is important to ensure the enjoyment of all the players placing their wagers on the site.
Additional features that make the deal attractive is that GAT can provide alternate wallet solutions. Handling deposits and withdrawals smoothly is critical to any online gambling site and Tipsport will benefit from GAT. The system can also make it easy for operators to enter new markets and leverage their current systems to their full potential.
Tipsport is the leading sportsbook in the Czech market with a large sports betting offering. The company has expressed interest in recent times of expanding their online gaming portfolio and bringing in more online casino games. This is not the first time that Tipsport has made a deal with a foreign content supplier. The company entered into an agreement in 2017 with NetEnt, one of the world’s biggest online gambling content providers. This was a net benefit for both since it allowed NetEnt to enter the Czech market.
